LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES IN PEMBROKE PINES.

If you are thinking of a lush, green, ready-to-go lawn, sod installation is the fastest and most effective way to achieve an established and beautiful turf.
We install Florida-friendly sod for a thick, healthy lawn with proper preparation.
Sometimes a lawn is past the point of recovery. Chinch bugs, drought damage from a broken sprinkler, years of neglect, or just bad grass that never filled in. When that happens, the best move is to start fresh with new sod.
We install St. Augustine grass and Zoysia grass, the two best-performing varieties for South Florida. St. Augustine is the go-to for most properties. It handles heat, grows thick, and looks great with regular mowing. Zoysia is a good choice for high-traffic areas and properties that want a slightly finer blade.
Whether you need a small patch replaced or a complete lawn overhaul, we handle the full process: removal, soil prep, sod laying, and watering instructions for Florida's heat.

Watering & Aftercare Guidance
We calculate the square footage of your yard by multiplying the length by the width. This ensures we order the right amount of sod.
We strip out the existing grass, weeds, and debris. If the old lawn is dead, patchy, or overrun with weeds, it all comes out.
Loosen the soil with a tiller and level the ground.
Order sod from our local supplier and schedule delivery for the day we plan to install. Sod should be laid as soon as possible after delivery.
Start laying sod along a straight edge.
Stagger rows in a brick-like pattern for a seamless look.
Press seams together without overlapping.
Fresh sod goes down tight, seam to seam. We cut around edges, sprinkler heads, and landscaping beds for a clean finished look.
Water Immediately:
Water deeply within 30 minutes of installation and keep it consistently moist for the first two weeks.
Avoid Foot Traffic:
Stay off the sod for at least two weeks to allow roots to establish.
First Mowing & Maintenance:
After two to three weeks, mow your sod at a higher setting. Gradually reduce watering frequency while ensuring deep root hydration.
